Orders are fulfilled from our workshop and warehouse in Hanoi, Vietnam. Preparation and delivery typically take 3–10 business days in total after order confirmation. Tracking information is emailed after the carrier accepts the shipment.

When your order ships, we send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Carrier scans can take a short time to appear after dispatch.
